To register your child for the 2012-2013 school year, please do the following: 

1. Complete an Enrollment Form legibly and in its entirety. In addition, each child enrolled must have a completed Child Emergency Information Card, Medical Inventory, Lead Screen, and Immunization Request. All forms must be completed prior to starting at KidsCo Jr., as required by MD regulations.
2. Mail the Enrollment Form with your $30 Registration Fee and *$300 deposit to:

                     -OR- you may fax the form with a credit card  payment to 301.740.9611

*$300 deposit is applied to your child’s first month of tuition. We will send you a confirmation of enrollment when we receive your registration and payment! We will also send you copies of the additional forms needed once we receive your Enrollment Form and deposit.
