In order to register, families need to fill out a registration form and supply a one-time only $30 registration fee. Additionally, a $300 deposit, which will be applied to the first month’s tuition, is required to hold a place within our Early Learning Center. If registration is submitted after August 1st, the first month tuition will be due in lieu of the $300.00 deposit. Each family enrolled will receive a confirmation of enrollment after their registration form and payment has been received.
KidsCo Jr. accepts payment by credit card, personal check, or cash. We also offer an auto pay option which transfers the monthly tuition automatically from a checking account or credit card!
Before beginning care, we have a 3 step admission process. To begin, each family needs to call to schedule an individualized Parent Tour (to maximize the quality of this tour we encourage parents to find alternate care for their children during this time). Secondly, each family needs to submit their registration form, payment and the required paperwork to complete their child's file.
Finally we will solidify a start date for your child and schedule your child's Orientation. Admission into KidsCo Jr. will be on a first-come basis, regardless of race, sex, religion, or physical limitations. KidsCo Jr. will make every attempt to accommodate children with special needs.
There may be times when a family wishes to enroll an expected addition to their family, or when certain age groups within our center reach their capacity. Interested families will be unable to immediately enroll at that time. KidsCo Jr. will continue to accept applications along with the fee and deposit and add the family to our Deferred Admission List. Our Deferred Admission families will provide payment with their application understanding that KidsCo Jr. will not process such payment until a confirmed place for their child opens and they are still interested in enrolling. By completing the preemptive paperwork, the process will be expedited when a spot opens for their child.
When a spot does open, the family next on the Deferred Admission List will be called and given a time frame in which to decide if they still would like to enroll. If they are still interested, their payment will be processed and a confirmation package with a start date will be sent out. Families who have found alternative options or are not interested in the spot will simply be passed over and a call will be placed to the next name on the Deferred Admission List.
