What's the BUZZ at KidsCo Jr.?
KidsCo Jr. is an Early Learning Center in Damascus, MD catering to children aged 6 weeks - 5 years old. We are a progressive program that stresses the importance of self esteem, self reliance, and fostering a love of learning to guide young children into a successful Kindergarten year. We are excited to raise the bar by implementing The Creative
Curriculum in all of our classrooms! By introducing children into a developmental continuum based on social, emotional, physical, and academic goals, a learning plan is customized for each of our families in a loving, safe atmosphere.

For these reasons, the company’s mission is to raise the bar within the childcare industry and to provide top notch services to families within our community!
Additionally, we have a remarkable resource in KidsCo Inc., our
parent company. Growing from one center in 2000 to 14 centers
currently operating in Montgomery County, KidsCo Inc. has successfully
formed links within many local communities through elementary
and middle schools. Connecting these communities together by providing
outstanding care for all ages of children via KidsCo Jr. is a
